Enter the direct URL to a YouTube video. Rather than trying to transcribe the video itself, this tool will download pre-existing closed captioning data from the video, then process it to make it more readable. This is fast and efficient and piggybacks on transcription that YouTube is already doing.
For very long videos, this may take some time. This tool will provide a verbatim transcript without speaker separation. When, in the future, YouTube includes speaker separation in its closed captioning, we will integrate that functionality.
